Belle X is the first mPERS to feature AI. Our automated virtual assistant AVA speeds up response time in an emergency and provides a higher level of care to your customers. 

Specialists can locate users with WiFi and GPS location services and view user-provided information, such as lockbox location and allergies.

Belle X includes the latest fall detection technology and a simple fall cancelation feature.

Belle X is certified on AT&T and Verizon 4G LTE to enable your customers to easily reach assistance 24/7, at home and away. Belle X devices include either AT&T or Verizon 4G LTE coverage.  

Expert operators speak with your customers and send necessary assistance. No landline or base station is needed, and cellular service is included in the monthly fee. 

Belle X includes our automated virtual assistant, AVA.  

AVA enables every button press and fall event to be answered the instant the call is received at the monitoring center.  

AVA directs emergency calls to our expert PERS operators, who can locate the user and get help on the way quickly. Thanks to AVA, operators know what the user needs the moment they connect. 

Test calls are quickly handled by AVA, ensuring your customers know their devices are working well. 

Belle X weighs just 1.3 oz and comes in white* and black.  

The device can audibly “ring,” enabling users to locate the device if needed.  

Belle X is IP67 water-resistant.

Belle X includes optional advanced fall detection. 

If Belle X’s proprietary fall detection technology senses a fall, it automatically connects users with operators who can speak with users, locate them via GPS and WiFi location services, and send assistance. 

It is not guaranteed that fall detection will always accurately determine a fall. It is advised that the user always presses the button when help is needed. 

Belle X’s rechargeable battery lasts 6-16 days per charge, depending on operating mode selected by the dealer   .  

Both modes include optional fall detection. 

In Always On mode, Belle X is always on, and features a battery life of up to 6 days per charge.  

In Ready Mode, Belle X is off until the button is pressed or a fall is detected, and features a battery life of up to 16 days per charge.  

Belle X includes GPS, WiFi and cellular triangulation location services to help operators locate users in an emergency.  

Whether your customers are simply looking for a mobile PERS device with GPS and fall detection and a long-lasting rechargeable battery, or if they’d like to add robust mobile app access for their loved ones, Belle X is the perfect solution. 

The advanced Caregiver mobile app enables caregivers to locate the Belle X device on demand. Caregivers can also audibly “ring” the device to help locate misplaced pendants. 

In addition, caregivers can receive app notifications if the user presses the button or if a fall is detected. Caregivers can also view button press history and check device battery level on demand, and caregivers can also view the device’s cellular connection status in the app. 

Users and caregivers can also check the battery level and receive alerts when the Belle X battery needs to be charged and if the device powers off. 

The app enables users to check the device’s first motion of the day and set a target first motion time, along with tracking steps and setting a daily step goal. 

In addition, the app provides geofencing alerts to help caregivers and Belle X users stay connected.
