Does Freeus handle billing and shipping to my customers?
No, Freeus ships products to dealers who then manage billing and shipping for their customers.
When are service fees billed to dealers?
Service fees are billed to dealers after devices are activated.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
We offer Belle and Belle+ in quantities of 24 to Freeus dealers.
What marketing materials are available from Freeus?
Freeus offers its dealers product and lifestyle images, print and web ads, referral forms, spec sheets, user guides, videos, customer registration forms and radio ads.
Freeus also offers complimentary customization on most items, except radio ads, which are customizable for a fee.
When are orders processed and shipped?
We strive to process and ship orders placed by 6pm ET Monday-Friday before the end of the day. We use ground shipping whenever possible to save our dealers money on shipping costs.
We also recommend certain shipping methods for our dealers to use to save money when shipping product to their customers.
Do Freeus products work outside of the United States?
At this time, Freeus products are only available for use in the United States.
