We are continuously improving our system to better serve our dealers and their customers, and we are proud to announce the latest improvement to Orion includes a fully geographic redundant system.
The geographic redundant service replicates Freeus and Orion data between two geographically distant locations so that applications can seamlessly switch from one site to another as needed and have all the configuration data and account information at the second remote site.
Redundancy is a fail-safe measure designed to protect the operational use and support of Freeus devices and the Orion platform.
Dealers and customers will not be affected in any way when the transition takes place from one data center to the other: all accounts and devices will function normally, and you and your customers will be able to log into your Orion accounts as usual.
This remote redundancy enables us to ensure that Freeus mPERS devices and the Orion platform are always working at optimal levels. Watch this video to learn more.
