Freeus mobile medical alert products use cellular coverage to transmit calls to the emergency care center. Cellular service is included in the products’ monthly monitoring fee.

We have received the following information from our network providers regarding predicted sunset dates:
- T-Mobile 2G sunset: 4/2/24
- AT&T 3G sunset: 2/22/22
- Verizon 3G sunset: 12/31/22
- Verizon 4G LTE sunset: Not announced. We will update as information is made available.
- AT&T 4G LTE sunset: Not announced. We will update as information is made available.
Network turndown Announcements
There are times that cellular networks will announce that a type of coverage is being reduced in a certain area. Please see network turndown announcements below for more information.
- Affecting 3G Belle and Belle+: AT&T 3G Transitions in portions of Washington, DC and surrounding states beginning Dec 11, 2019
- Affecting eResponder, Belle and Belle+: 2G and 3G Turndown in parts of WI through December 31, 2018
